Hospital Campaign Tool Kit
The WPFL Hospital Campaign Tool Kit contains a wide array of written and visual materials, including posters and tent cards, web banners, news release templates, public service announcements, e-mails, and letters, along with strategies and suggestions for planning and promoting a successful campaign.
Campus Campaign Tool Kit
The Campus Campaign Tool Kit provides resources and tools to support organizations participating in HRSA’s National Donation Campus Challenge. Although the materials were developed for HRSA’s campaign, each file is available in .jpg and .eps formats and can be downloaded and customized for any project promoting donor registration in colleges, universities, or other post-secondary institutions.
Workplace Partnership Materials
Workplace Partnership Materials are available to support understanding of and participation in this national program to increase donation and the number of designated organ and tissue donors in the United States.
Decision: Donation (high school program)
Decision: Donation is a donation education program developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for secondary school students. A resource book for teachers, it includes two student-focused DVDs and a core lesson that can be completed within one 45-minute class period. Additional activities and lessons designed for math, biology, social studies, and English classes can stand alone or be integrated into the existing curriculum.
Passports for Health (available in multiple languages)
Small, passport-size booklets are available at ask.hrsa.gov to provide individuals with an opportunity to keep track of their medical history and to learn about organ donation.
