MORA works closely with workplaces that would like their employees to be educated on organ and tissue donation.  The Workplace Partnership Materials provided below are available to support understanding of and participation in this national program to increase donation and the number of designated organ and tissue donors in the United States

Creating A Donation Friendly America

There are two different sets of materials available for the Creating A Donation Friendly America campaign.

Creating A Donation Friendly America (large folder)

The Large Folder contains 10 information cards that introduce potential partners to the Workplace Partnership concept. The cards provide background on the beginning of the program and its intent, ideas for participation in the program, a sign-up sheet, a customizable press release, donation resources, a list of national events, and several cards describing the need for blood, organ and tissue, and blood stem cell and cord blood donation. The large folder contains one small folder and a copy of Help Central.  To access these materials, please head over to the National Organ Donor site and order this Creating A Donation Friendly America resource materials.

Creating A Donation Friendly America (Small Folder)

This folder detail the need for organ, tissue, blood, and blood stem cell and cord blood donation and how to go about donating each. The small folders are appropriate for distribution to employees and associates of Workplace Partners’ organizations and others. Typically, they are placed in health units, waiting or reception rooms or lounges in the workplace, or other areas where people gather. They provide contact information for donation organizations that can help to institute informational or other programs and provide opportunities for people to sign up as donors.  To order this Creating A Donation Friendly America Tool Kit, go to the National Organ Donor site and order the necessary files.

Give Five, Save Lives

The Give 5 – Save Lives Tool Kit includes resources and tools to support participation in the Workplace Partnership for Life Give 5 – Save Lives campaign and help increase organ donation awareness and donor registration. The Tool Kit includes graphic campaign imagery and templates, such as a fact sheet, email blasts, web banners, table tents, and posters, which may be used by Workplace Partners in all campaign communications.  To download the Give Five, Save Lives Tool Kit, go to the National Organ Donor site and download the necessary files.
